- Does it cost anything?
- No. Applying is always free. There is no fee, no suggested donation, and no catch.
- Do I need an ID or proof of income?
- Not to apply. We don’t ask for identification or paperwork up front — if something's needed down the line, we'll walk you through it.
- Do I have to live nearby?
- No. There’s no residency requirement. If you need help and you're here, you're welcome.
- What if I'm not sure what kind of help I need?
- That's fine — check "Something else" and tell us what's going on. We'll help you figure out where it fits.
- Is this a religious thing?
- We’re a congregation, but you’ll never get a sermon. All faiths — and none — are welcome, no questions asked.
- Can someone else apply for me?
- Yes. A family member, neighbor, or caseworker can reach out on your behalf.
- What about dietary or accessibility needs?
- Kosher, halal, vegetarian, allergy-friendly, accessibility — just tell us in the form and we'll take it into account.
- Will my information stay private?
- Anything you share is used only by the team helping you — never sold, posted, or passed along.
- How do I know this is safe?
- We’ll never ask for bank details or a payment — applying is always free. If anyone claiming to be us asks for money, it isn’t us.
